Standard Anytime Delivery is curbside drop-off & pickup. Curbside includes deliveries to commercial docks, immediate entrance of commercial first floor locations, outside areas that our trucks can easily access, and residential garages, or driveways.
Standard Anytime Delivery is made at our convenience during normal business hours (Mon-Fri) between 8am and 5pm and is the least expensive delivery option for clients with the most flexibility.
We typically schedule everything as Standard Anytime Delivery & Standard Anytime Pickup. As a courtesy, we will text when en-route to your delivery/pickup. On the morning of your scheduled delivery/pickup, you can inquire via email about approximate arrival times and we may be able to provide a shorter window of time.

Specialized Anytime Delivery is available to clients who require delivery or pickup to a backyard, location with multiple doors, is in excess of 50 ft of the delivery vehicle, or is other than ground level (hills, fences, gates, elevator, or stairs). Specialized Anytime Delivery also includes deliveries made inside a home or where equipment cannot be rolled to the delivery location. We’d be happy to accommodate your unique requirements, please notify us when requesting a quote.
Enhanced Delivery is any Delivery or Pickup that has specific time constraints. Examples include same day delivery & pickup or setup & breakdown service at specific times. Please mention any time constraints when requesting a quote so we can accommodate your event requirements.
Other services include: moving equipment from one location to another; pickup from an address other than the delivery address; service calls; delivering items wrongly returned, or collecting items not returned. These services are priced individually depending on delivery schedules & labor availability.
Items are stacked in a mutually convenient place on delivery. Please know where the equipment is going prior to our arrival. On pickup, all items must be folded, stacked, everything dry, clean, repacked in same containers & ready to go in same convenient place as delivery. We want to be on time for all of our customers so wait times, extra pickups, & items not ready at pre-arranged times really throws a wrench in the process and may cause fees to be assessed.
